The conference will be held in and around Dom Square, the vibrant heart of Utrecht’s historic city center. We are currently compiling a list of recommended accommodations (including discounts) and nearby places to eat and drink, which we will share with you as soon as it’s ready.

You can attend the DDD17 conference onsite (in Utrecht) or participate online. There are four categories of registration fees:

1. You are a member of the ASDS and wish to attend the conference onsite (in Utrecht): € 200
2. You are a member of the ASDS and wish to participate online: € 160
3. You are not a member of the ASDS and wish to attend the conference onsite (in Utrecht): € 250
4. You are not a member of the ASDS and wish to participate online: € 200

Onsite registration includes:

• Admission to all sessions, including the Plenary and Featured Speaker sessions and all parallel sessions during the conference (panels, roundtables and workshops)
• Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening
• Admission to the ASDS General Members Meeting and ASDS Award Ceremony
• (if applicable) Inclusion of your presentation in the Conference programme
• An online copy of the Conference programme
• Ability to watch recordings of all live-streamed sessions during and after the conference (catch-up)
• Coffee and tea throughout the entire conference, at all conference venues

Please be advised that lunch and dinner will not be provided by the conference organization, with the exception of the conference dinner on Friday evening (for which individual tickets can be purchased at € 55).

Points to note

1. Conference registration and payment close on Friday 16 May, 2025
2. In order to be included in the Conference programme, all presenters/conveners to an accepted paper presentation, panel, roundtable or workshop must be registered. Presentations will be automatically excluded from the Conference programme if registration is not received by Friday 16 May, 2025
3. A single registration permits only one person to attend the conference
4. In addition to a conference ticket, you can also purchase a ticket to the (all vegetarian) conference dinner on Friday 29 August. The dinner costs € 55 per person.
